| Brief/ Solution Focused Therapy The therapists at Coastal Counseling Associates offer clients the opportunity to participate in brief/ solution focused therapy services with an emphasis on their needs at the time of assessment. The professional counselors encourage individuals to take an active role in counseling services and develop goals which are client centered and solution focused. Average length of service varies, however, some participants can resolve issues within 10-12 sessions. Learn to make healthier choices, express yourself, and end self-defeating behaviors. |

The therapists at Coastal Counseling Associates are licensed by the State of Connecticut to assess the need for continued treatment sessions and the need for an alternative approach to guide progress. We participate in most major insurance plans and have many years of experience in mental health and supportive therapy. Sessions are confidential. Learn to feel less anxious or depressed.
