Coastal Counseling Associates LLC, accepts major insurance plans offered in the shoreline communities

Monthly, weekly or more frequent sessions can be scheduled with transition coaches.
Counselors have unique training and experience in behavioral/goal planning and
personal growth techniques during times of difficulty o change.
Transitional goals such as self improvement, career counseling, personal
development and recovering from divorce are established and the future explored.
Life Transitions Coaching is not psychotherapy. The focus of the work is to assist
individuals in understanding transition in their life and plan for the future. There is no
mental health assessment involved.
It is a personal choice to participate in life transition coaching as it can offer an
effective way to enhance an individual's life experiences while helping them move
forward in their personal transformations.
