Life Transition Coaching
Monthly, weekly or more frequent services can be scheduled with transition coaches at Coastal Counseling Associates.
The coaches have extensive training and experience in behavioral/goal planning techniques and personal growth issues
during times of difficulty or transition. Coastal Counseling Associates provides services with a private and personal
atmosphere.  Transitional goals such as self improvement, career counseling,  personal development and recovering
from divorce are established and the future  explored.  Life Transition Coaching is not psychotherapy. The focus of the
work is to assist individuals in understanding transition in their life and plan for the future. It is a personal choice to
participate in life transition coaching as it can offer an effective way to enhance an individual's life experiences while
helping them move forward in their personal transformations.
