Coastal Counseling has assembled a staff of therapists specifically trained to assist
families on the shoreline with the unique needs of families experiencing transitions
such as divorce, blending families and remarriage issues. By utilizing our services
this transition is often easier and less painful for all persons involved. We also assist
individuals with the process of closure and begin the progression of moving forward.
Family Restructuring Sessions
Mental health professionals are trained to assist families in the redefining of roles
following a major change in the structure of a family. Some of these changes include

Divorce Recovery Trained mental health professionals offer supportive coaching
sessions on divorce recovery. Sessions are as frequent as requested and focus on
the transition from present to the future. Goals of each individual are explored.
Sessions are not psychotherapy, and there is no clinical treatment. The experience
