The therapists at Coastal Counseling can work with the family members
to support an individual member of the family and also the family as a
whole. Family therapy assists the families with the support needed for all
members to adjust and cope with a full range of life manage feelings.
They can also share ways to help reduce stress and anxiety during
times of transition.
At times family life can become stressful. Sometimes major events can a
loved one, relocation, and job loss/change present challenges that can
shake the stability of family life.
